There is a space of 12 business offices (business area: from 12-25 m2) on that location.In 7 of these offices are users of the incubator (5 crafts and 2 limited liability companies), in 3 offices is situated the staff of the firm Business park Bjelovar Ltd. In the aim of supporting small and medium enterpreneurship in Town Bjelovar and theBjelovar-bilogorska county, Business park Bjelovar Ltd. Established the Business incubator.
Business incubator is a place where young enterpreneurs ( start-up firms ) have started up their own business or have beeing in a developping phase. In the beginning, when is the most difficult moment of their development, the young enterpreneurs shall have opportunites to use offices free of charge, as well as administrative service, professional help and necessary training. After they have spent three years in the Business incubator, the enterpreneurs shallbe able to leave and enter the small and medium enterpreneurship zone. That is one of the ways to cooperate in business development and help to put down the high number of unemployed people.
Who can get into a incubator ?
The users of the incubator can be young enterpreneurs, small enterpreneurs and the inovators.
The named enterpreneurs are:
Physical persons registrated into a crafts register or trade register
Legal persons which are in whole ownership of a physical persons or in the ownership of a physical person with the corporate capital bigger than 50 %.
